INTRODUCING MINPHIS

MINPHIS is a Computer Science & Engineering Department Obafemi Awolowo University based Health Information Systems research product in a joint collaboration with the HIS R & D unit, Computing center University of Kuopio,Finland, and Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex(OAUTHC). The aim is to provide support services that add real value to health care delivery in Sub-sahara Africa.MINPHIS is focused only on health information system and will help manage your hospital most valuable assets.

The Ife team is aware that your patients are your most valuable assets.This is why MINPHIS is designed,to assist you to effectively harness information about your patients,health-care providers including other resources and therefore manage them better.MINPHIS helps you maintain an inventory of your consultants and patients so that you can easily monitor events at will.Whatever the size of your hospital with MINPHIS,you can detailed information on any of your patients.

MINPHIS PRODUCT TYPE

The Minphis product type,Enterprise, has the following capacities:

• It supports unlimited(by request) number of concurrent users and works perfectly on both the LAN(Local Area Network) and stand-alone systems.
• It runs on any Windows operating system(Windows 95/98/NT/Me/2000)

MINPHIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Warranty

Each purchased Licence includes a three-month software warranty

Technical Assistance Program

The technical Assitance Program provides assistance via e-mail for problem resolution during normal business hours. For on-site assistance,the client will pay 10% of the software cost plus transport and accommodation fees of the technical experts.this maintenance agreement is valid for one year of the Minphis invoice date.

User training

The user training will be free for 4 people within 3 full days.the clients will provide accommodation and transportation fees for the technical staff.

Payment Terms

Complete payment is due within 3 months of the invoice date.Deposit of at least 75% should be paid prior MINPHIS installation.

Agreement

Minphis product and services are offered and made available on the terms of an End User Agreement,full condition applicable to the licensing,use and support of Minphis product.
